Product use. Our products are cosmetic tools and accessories intended to cool, massage, and refresh the look and feel of skin. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Tools are intended for adults; keep small parts away from children.

Orders & shipping. Estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; we'll always help resolve lost-in-transit issues.

Returns. See our Shipping & Returns policy — unused items within 30 days, full refund.

Referral & discount codes are for personal, non-commercial use, one per order, and may be revoked if abused.
