Shipping

US orders over $35 ship free; orders under that ship for a flat $4.95. We also ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia (rates at checkout). Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 6–12 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships, and you can always check status on our order tracking page.

Returns

Not in love? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@lumeritual.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it free of charge — no need to send the damaged item back.
